Two Component Foam Purchase Agreement

By clicking the "Add to Cart" button for Two Component Foam on the industrialproducts.com website, you ("Buyer") are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions pertaining to this purchase. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase this product.

We CANNOT guarantee 100% yield from a foam kit. Stated kit yields (1000 BF, 300 BF, 600 BF, etc) are based on ideal lab conditions. Environmental factors such as ambient temperatures and surface temperatures may negatively impact foam expansion or foam mix and will lower the actual yield from the kit. It is not uncommon for a kit to yield 10%-20% less than the stated ideal yield.

Two component foam products larger than 15BF kits are considered hazardous materials/dangerous goods for the purposes of shipping/transporting. It requires special training and certification to ship these kits. And as such:

• The kit cannot be shipped via an expedited method that requires air transport - it can only ship standard ground methods (5 - 7 days for delivery)
• Due to the restrictions above, two component foam kits cannot be shipped outside of the continental US
• We cannot accept returns, except where we prearrange an LTL pickup of the foam kit because you must be certified to ship this product. Return shipping charges can be cost up to 1.5 - 2x the amount of the original shipping charges.
