Premium grade, 8.5 mil, all-weather vinyl tape used for insulating electrical splices up to 600V, as a jacketing on high voltage splices and repairs, and can also be used when wrapping wire harnesses and cables. EV 97B is UL Listed, CSA Approved, lead free and flame retardant, and is engineered with polymeric backing construction, as well as a specialized method of bonding the adhesive to the vinyl backing, which creates a highly conformable tape that delivers a moisture-tight seal in temperatures ranging from 0 F to 220 F.
Application: For primary insulation of electrical splices up to 600 V, Also used as a jacketing on high voltage splices and repairs, Can be used when wrapping wire harnesses and cables, For indoor and outdoor use

Storage and Usage ConditionsTape should be stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and should be used within 12 months of date of shipment. Surfaces to which tape is applied should be clean, dry and free of grease, oil or other contaminants.
