The RDW door is recessed to receive a panel of drywall to provide a drywall finish on the door to match the texture of the surrounding drywall. The door frame includes a drywall bead so that drywall cement can be applied to conceal the flange.
- Frame shall be 14 gauge steel
- Door shall be 16 gauge steel, recessed 1
- Trim shall be galvanized steel drywall bead
- Locks shall be flushed and screwdriver operated with cam and studs, or shall be key operated cylinder lock with automatic dust shutter
