FOAM-FILLED LID: Foam-filled lids have two key benefits: they increase the stability of the truck box lid and also helps avoid the possibility of warping due to natural elements. The foam filling provides an extra layer of hidden protection inside the lids on SEC Series boxes.
SELF ADJUSTING STRIKERS: Another fan favorite and exclusive Better Built patented design, our strikers may require minor maintenance after repeated use, but they’re built to last. Each striker is guided to its latch every time. Yeah, its that easy. Find these patented self adjusting strikers equipped on all SEC Series boxes.
LOCKING PULL HANDLES: Pioneered by Better Built, our locking pull handles are often imitated by the competition, but never replicated. These handles allow you to lock or unlock your box from either side, while 2-stage automotive-grade rotary latches provide maximum security for the precious cargo inside your box.
AUTO-LIFT SHOCKS: In an effort to craft an easier opening box, we wanted something to do the heavy lifting for you. These auto-lift self-rising shocks allow for easy, single handed entry with a lid that opens to near 90°. It’s not quite magic, but they’re definitely impressive.
