Kee Klamp® crossovers carry one pipe run past another where rails intersect but must not be joined in line — unlike a cross or tee, which connects the pipes. Choose the Type 17 clamp-on crossover, 45 crossover, A45 split crossover, 46 combination socket tee/crossover, or 121 corner crossover to route tubing cleanly around obstructions. Each malleable-iron fitting (ASTM A47) slides onto plain-end Schedule 40 pipe and locks with a case-hardened hex set screw — no welding, threading, or special tools. Every fitting is hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 for lasting corrosion resistance.

2. Which pipe sizes do these crossovers fit?
The size is the last digit of the part number. Size 5 fits 3/4" pipe, 6 fits 1", 7 fits 1-1/4", 8 fits 1-1/2", and 9 fits 2" pipe. Note that size 8 is 1-1/2" and size 9 is 2". Sizes 6, 7, 8, and 9 are the common railing sizes.
3. Do I need to weld these fittings?
