Built with reinforced double wall construction, featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space along the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors, this cabinet offers exceptional durability and safety. Constructed from heavy-duty 18-gauge steel, the cabinet can withstand demanding environments. Its lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder finish ensures a pristine appearance while providing resistance against corrosion and abrasions. Continuous piano hinges offer seamless operation and longevity, while the ground connection enables the grounding of any potential electrical charges. Equipped with four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, Eagle's 3010x flammable cabinet can be easily stabilized for enhanced stability on any surface. Prominent trilingual warning labels serve as a clear visual reminder of the hazardous nature of the cabinet's contents. The 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof sill prevents any accidental spills from escaping and further enhances safety. The patent-pending adjustable galvanized steel shelves are designed to direct spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump, ensuring a secure containment area. These shelves are capable of holding a uniform distributed load (UDL) of up to 350 lbs (158.8 kg), providing ample storage capacity. Each shelf bracket is adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The internal and external welded construction reinforces the cabinet's structural integrity. Additionally, two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents, equipped with a fire baffle and cap, efficiently control ventilation and prevent the accumulation of hazardous gases. The flush-mounted door handle, coupled with the key lock, ensures effortless access to the cabinet while maintaining its security. The three-point stainless steel bullet latching system guarantees a firm and reliable closure. The 3010x flammable cabinet features self-latching doors, with self-closing functionality opening up to 135°. The self-closing doors, under tension, are held open by using fusible links. Under fire conditions, when the ambient temperature reaches 165 F (74 C), the links melt and the safety cabinet's self-closing doors automatically swing shut. Moreover, the concealed self-close mechanism grants unobstructed access to the top shelf space, and the self-indexing doors ensure they close in sequence for a tight closure from top to bottom, augmenting the cabinet's overall safety and security.
