Description
The Lapeyre alternating tread stair is a code-compliant replacement for a fixed vertical ladder where there isn't room for a conventional stair. Its patented tread geometry lets you climb and descend facing forward while occupying a fraction of the floor space a standard stair would need. This configuration is built in iron gray powder coated carbon steel with a flush handrail.
Carbon steel in iron gray powder coat. Same durability as safety yellow with a more neutral appearance for architectural or customer-facing areas.
Flush handrail. Handrail terminates flush with the top landing instead of extending past it, so the stair can sit tight against a platform, catwalk, or equipment edge without the rail fouling the walking surface.
