Adjustable Shelf Ergo Carts for Heavy Duty Material Transport

Adjustable ergonomic carts provide a flexible material handling solution for moving parts, cartons, supplies, tools, and equipment through shipping areas, warehouses, manufacturing floors, hospitality facilities, and stockrooms. The tall handle design helps reduce bending and twisting during loading, unloading, and transport, while the rugged steel construction supports demanding daily use.

Adjustable Three-Tier Design

The top two tiers adjust in height with a simple pull-pin design, allowing operators to create more clearance for larger products or configure the cart for different load types. Yellow retaining lips help keep materials positioned on the shelves during movement.

High Capacity Construction

This family supports 3,000 lb. uniform capacity, with 1,800 lb. capacity on the bottom shelf and 600 lb. capacity on each upper shelf. Blue powder-coated shelves, yellow guards and tow hitches, and galvanized uprights provide long-lasting durability in industrial and commercial environments.

Caster and Tow Features

Models are available with glass filled nylon or mold-on-rubber casters to match floor conditions and handling preferences. A step-on releasable hitch and semi-automatic locking tow feature support efficient cart movement in facilities that need dependable transport between work areas.
