Tie Down Welded Galvanized Steel Commercial Roof Anchors (CRAs) are permanent, single-point anchorage posts engineered for fall arrest, fall restraint, and window-washing tieback applications on commercial and industrial roofs. Each anchor installs into wood, metal, or concrete and extends through the roof, remaining accessible during and after construction. Made in the USA from durable hot-dip galvanized steel conforming to ASTM standards, CRAs can also be tied together with pass-through horizontal lifeline parts to build a hands-free horizontal lifeline system for maximum mobility on large, flat, or low-sloped roofs.

- Post Height: 12 in. (70864 series) or 18 in. (70870 series)
- Screw-On – 16 in. x 16 in. base: bolts to wood, metal, or concrete (L16)
- Bolt-On Forged Eye – 12 in. x 12 in. base: forged eye tie-off, concrete bolt-on with 8 fasteners (L12)
- Weld-On – no base: field-welds directly to a metal roof structure (LF)
